Rama2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms governing your use of the rama2 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to change from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the rama2 platform on any device — including smartphones, tablets, or computers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. rama2 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the rama2 management team. All activity on this platform is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rama2 platform. Registration requires a valid email address and a unique password. Email verification is mandatory to fully activate your account and access deposit and withdrawal functions.
Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. rama2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. rama2 will never ask for your password via email or any other form of communication.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until it has been reported to us.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the rama2 platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or these terms. In particular, users are prohibited from:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account without written authorisation
- Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate the betting or gaming system
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Exploiting any bugs or system errors to gain unauthorised advantage
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated balances, and appropriate legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the rama2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and FPX (bank transfer). Each method has a set minimum limit, which is displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically credited instantly for e-wallet methods and within up to 30 minutes for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days once the request has been verified.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are correct. rama2 is not liable for any delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
- Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all methods
- Any bonuses received may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted
- Rama2 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
Rama2 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control, including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, rama2's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Rama2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that warrant such action. Where an account is legitimately closed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user through a review process.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the rama2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of rama2 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The rama2 platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party services. rama2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Rama2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
